1. SRI SI MANIS (M) SDN. BHD. reserves the right to, at its sole and absolute discretion from time to time without prior notification, amend, modify, update, change and / or terminate the Member Programme and / or all or any portion of the Terms and Conditions your personal information. ("Amendments", and "Amended" shall be construed accordingly); and any Amendments will be effective immediately upon posting of the same on the SRI SI MANIS (M) SDN. BHD. Mobile App. Terms and Conditions shall apply and supersede all previous versions including the hardcopy version (if any). In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other material in any medium containing information on the Member Programme, these Terms and Conditions (as Amended) shall prevail.

Personal Data Privacy Notice

1. SRI SI MANIS (M) SDN. BHD. shall be entitled to do the followings with your consent as indicated in the "Confirmation and Signature" column, including but not limited to:
   • Collect, retain and process your Personal Data for purpose of processing SRI SI MANIS E-Member card application and to provide you with information related to SRI SI MANIS's services and products ("the Purposes");
2. SRI SI MANIS (M) SDN. BHD. may cease to process and take necessary action to delete and destroy your Personal Data within a reasonable period upon received your written notice in withdrawing your consent.
